Role: Payroll Executive
*Coordinate for timely issuance of confirmation letters and other HR letters
*Responsible for release of monthly HR MIS and maintaining employee data base in a manner which ensures data integrity, accuracy and ease of retrieval.
*Processing of F&F of all exited employee and issue relieving letter / service certificates.
*Coordinate with the Vendor on Statutory Compliance
*Coordinate activities related to roll out of compensation and benefits strategy for the Company
*Timely payroll processing
*Ensure timely renewal of ID card
*Coordinating for monthly addition & deletion under medical insurance
*Assisting the HR Head in compensation related research
*Responsible for maintaining the HR MIS.
*Responsible for updating & maintaining the Organization Structure & other related information
*Ensuring the statutory compliance of all aspects in co-ordination with External consultants.
*Handling employee queries on any compensation related parameters
Salary: INR 1,75,000 – 4,00,000 PA.
