In co-ordination with the Head – Sales & Marketing, prepare & execute this channels business expansion, develop the architects and interior designers community and meet the assigned sales targets.
Expand new customer base and penetrate existing untapped markets through new and alternate channels.
Assessment of Sales opportunities and target markets with intelligence gathering on Customers & Competitors.
Meeting with architects, interior designers, consultants, dealers and other project peoples to make strong presentation of product range, cultivate business relations, gather feedback and updates about their upcoming projects to develop new streams for revenue growth and business development.
Conduct brief market and competitor analysis and develop sales/marketing strategy to drive sales volume in corporate, institutional, project segments
Responsible to develop market for corporate, institutional and project sales in respective regions.
Take responsibility to materialize leads, contacts and prospects by practicing all other sales activities with them to ensure maximum utilization of resources and to achieve best figures in sales and revenue growth.
Identifying and tapping Interior designers, Architectural firms and Builders doing large and affluent class residential projects i.e. bungalows and apartments, Hotels and offices.
