About the role

Analytics Manager will own the business analytics for Flipkart Returns along with Program Management for key return project specific to Market Place. He will also be responsible for detailed business planning and monitoring to achieve business objectives

About the team

The marketplace is the Flipkart platform that enables customers to purchase products from sellers across India
It facilitates the availability of a wide variety of products at competitive prices with a new selection
Functionally it comprises of Seller Acquisition, Seller Growth, Seller Marketing and Seller Support covering competencies such as business development, product thinking and solving for scale
As it is category agnostic it provides exposure to all categories in Flipkart which gives one the opportunity to learn tremendously about the levers that make them successful
It gives exposure to the MSME sector and a chance to engage and grow sellers from across the country
Since it works with sellers at scale – there is the significant interplay of engineering, product, analytics and operations coupled with business which makes the platform run effectively
What you’ll do:

1.Translate high-level business requirements/problems into sound and comprehensive analytical frameworks through appropriate usage of advanced statistical/mathematical techniques and responsible for the successful delivery of the analyses/deliverables

2. Assist in delivering well-organized reports, advanced dashboards making use of new-age tools and technologies

3. Devise and deploy algorithms to build data products that streamline the process from data collection to insight generation

4. Analytics and insight related to Flipkart return as various levels

5. Working with Product teams in generating meaningful insights and subsequently educating seller community

6. Driving key Marketplace return specific projects
Required Candidate profile

What you’ll need:

MBA from tier 1 college/B. Tech from Tier 1 college with 2-3 years of experience
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in program management/ business Analysis/business planning
Deep problem solving
Extremely strong analytical orientation/bent of mind and customer understanding
Demonstrated ability to provide long-term and short-term views on problems at hand and ability to influence each
Program management skills, interpersonal communication – ability to work with multiple crosses-
functional teams.
The candidate should be proactive, self-starter & highly motivated, able to navigate through complex
programs independently.
Strong Flipkart-first & customer-first orientation
