Job Description:Capable of handling the team size of at least 10-20 Tele callers to maximize their productivity.
Understanding the customers’ profile from Sales aspects.
Must have experience in customer escalation handling.
Developing tele callers in your team and motivate and drive people in the most effective and efficient manner in a high pressure environment.
Responsible for maintaining discipline and absenteeism of team on the floor.
Driving daily target of the team.
Achieving individual/team targets in a dynamic environment.
Candidate Profiling :
Graduate with 4- 5 years experience in telesales outbound process.
Prior out bond team handling or lead generation experience is mandatory from industries like Telecom, Timeshare, NBFC, banking or insurance.
Should be comfortable in working for long stretched hours.
Must be Aggressive and goal congruent.
