Doing technical market research for the product
Making compliances with the customer s requirement
Understanding customer requirement and offering product accordingly
Working with regional sales team to understand demand and offering products accordingly
Keeping track of samples and deliveries to customers
Managing complaints of customers
Conducting trials and testings on the products
Studying qualification documents for the products
Working with R&D team to propose better specs of the products to the customer.
